Nothing fancy, but centrally located and right across from the start of the boardwalk. Several good restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Amusement park about 5 minutes' walk. Famous Pier 2 is just across the street. Owner was very helpful, and the pool was great. Easy parking in back of the hotel. I was on the second floor and over the years the palm trees have grown to that level blocking the view of the ocean. Overall, a good base of operations with clean facilities.
