I personally enjoyed staying here. The staff was SUPER friendly and were able to accommodate me and my family to provide us the best experience. Finding the current office was a bit confusing but everything else went smoothly. The room was very spacious and clean. Everything is walking distance and whenever something was needed they were able to provide quick and accurate information. The price left me in awe since it was so affordable and despite what others say this place is great, and to make it even better it was oceanfront!!

Weird property. They had several different byildings, the checkin office was super hard to find, parkingb lot was blocked off. I didn't see a sign the entire time that says capital O, no internet the whole 4 nights we were there, elevator broken, there was a really scary fight that occured when i walked to the office to get towels and wash cloths that were not in the room when we arrived. The room itself was actually pretty nice and it was clean. You could see the ocean from the room, although set a ways back.

Amazing staff! Very kind lovely people. But pools were very dirty, no working elevator, very confusing to get into the office because it was blocked off from the entrance, rooms overall were nice comfy beds, clean.

Now the staff are nice, don’t get me wrong. Beds were made up, while being dirty, bath and showers are absolutely disgusting. Building should definitely be inspected. Black mold throughout, sketchy as all get out!!

The staff was great. Tried to help as much as possible. The room had worms and bugs. Ocean front on bottom floor was not good. You had to look between trees to see the ocean while standing up. No water in the pool. No ice, no tv. AC worked good.

It's good that it's close to the beach. Also the pool is good. The bad thing is that the property looks old and raggedy. It needs a lot of work. The inside it's much better than the outside. The bedroom is wide and beds are comfortable. Everything was very clean. The room didn't have all the toiletries but the supervisor got us some. They didn't provide us coffee or filters. The TV works but there's no signal. The Wi-Fi didn't work either. It was good for the price I guess.

Don’t stay run!!!!

This experience was one for the books. First of all it was hard to find considering the name isnt posted outside of hotel. Plus the parking lot for them is closed. My room didn’t have a television, not did it have toilet paper to wipe booties. No soap or shampoo, No face clothes, had 2 beds only one had a blanket on it. The kiddie pool looked like the whale took a dunk so it truly messes with the view of the ocean.

This is a hotel where you get what you pay for! They are going through renovations but the front desk representative was very informative and reassuring about the property. Everything went smooth thanks to her. If you’re looking for a top notch 5 star hotel this is more of doing what you can afford. The pictures that are shown are not the rooms but they are nice and clean. It gives a high class motel 6 . Environment is good. Parking is tight but overall I would give it a 7/10. Would I be back? Yes. Would I bring my family here? Not necessarily. Nothing really kid friendly no pools. But it wasn’t bad. Whatever the reviews are, I didn’t have that experience.

Check in at the property was a bit of a hassle. The GPS takes you to one location but i had to ask around to find the check in location. I finally found it & checked in and had to drive down to another location. Once there we found out the elevator didn’t work so had to climb 6 floors to my room. We booked oceanfront but wasn’t aware the back pool wasn’t operating so it was a nasty eye sore looking out to the ocean. The room was clean but the TV didn’t work at all. Thankfully we had friends down with us booked elsewhere and their hotel had a great pool & view. The photos definitely need to be updated on the site.

I booked a room online and showed up to the property. To say the least, I was disappointed. The resort looks deserted. The first room they put us in the AC didn’t work, so they put us in a second room and the toilet overflowed and water flooded the bathroom, so then they put us in a third room and it had no television. So we walked back down to the reception desk and got keys made for the new room and told them about the room not having a tv in it. They assured us they would put a TV in the room before we got back to the room, which never happened. We waited until 11pm and still no television. The fridge didn't work right, we didn’t even get a oceanfront room like we paid for, and no hot water to shower. There were absolutely no swimming pools that were able to swim in. The lazy river was condemned and false advertised. The room was nice and clean, but had very limited stuff. I would not recommend staying at this hotel because they are not done renovating it, and they are renting rooms out as soon as they get them done even though they’re not complete. Buyer beware.

When I came there to check in late there was nobody there the office was closed.. I arrived there around 10:30 and I was under the impression that they will be someone there at the front desk.. there was three other people that were looking to check in and we were left bewildered.. I had to call Expedia to get help and they had cop to me while I was able to find another hotel.. I've never had something like this happen before where I would arrive and it was no one at the front desk to be able to help feeling left stranded.. I'm thankful that Expedia help me and I was able to get another hotel even though I had to spend $25 more but it was a great upgrade where this time I had two rooms with three beds a balcony and a hot tub and I only paid pretty much $20 difference after they gave me the comp. There was one lady I spoke to that she said she checked in earlier but she said the place is kind of sketchy... And I've been a gold member for you a while now with Expedia in rarely make complaints but this tops it for me smh . I advise anyone who rents a roommate this hotel to make sure you call or or call the other ones around the area in Myrtle Beach to make sure that they are there.. I'm grateful that I booked from Expedia where I was able to get help... If I was Expedia I wouldn't use this as one of the hotel options.
