"This is one of our favorite hotels in Greece. Very well-located, beautiful, clean, excellent common areas and helpful staff. They also have a shuttle bus service from the port, which makes it very easy. The only small area for improvement is that their beds are quite uncomfortable. Other that that, it was a great experience. We would definitely go back. "

For what we payed it feelt dated and in need of an update. We still had an amazing stay and ones again the staff is amazing!"

"We had a great stay for one night in Ios - wish we were there for longer! The bus dropped us right by the stop mentioned by the host and this was walkable to the property (about 10 mins). It was lovely and clean and decorated to a high standard. We had everything we needed for our short stay and the host was very prompt at arriving to give us the keys. "

"The ONLY positive thing about this property was its phenomenal location and that is where the positives end and the negatives begin. For starters, the property did not pay their cable bill and as a result there was no TV in our room. No big deal because we can live without TV on vacation. In fairness, the manager responded quickly and tried to “fix” a “cable” problem, but we already knew what the problem was and it wasn’t a wire, it was non-payment!!! He said it would be fixed the next day...

"One of the greatest views that one would ever have. Long out on the caldera straight ahead, with the beautiful town of Oia and the famous sunsets to your right. Tremendous staff, who are warm, friendly and efficient. A bonus was the very talented chef and the well curated local wine list. "

"Lovely little hotel, wonderful staff, some restaurants nearby including Mis Amis for breakfast Others are a 10 to 25 minute walk. There is a bus stop in front for trip to Fira. Lovely cats. It was too cold for pool but it looked lovely. Nice view from patio. Everything worked well. You could see the care put into the place."

"Everything! We loved having breakfast every morning on our patio and even for a beautiful evening meal looking out at the caldera and lights. All of the suggestions and arrangements made by the staff were excellent. When people ask us what we liked best about Santorini, we say our Villa at Chelidonia."
