Amazing property a short walk to Little Venice in the town centre of Mykonos. Loved the spot, the views that are nestled in the side of an hill. The staff are outstanding. Kudos to Nicos and Alex, wonderful hosts!

Delightful stay, like family

A very lovely location overlooking Mykonos with a walking path (stairs) down to a beach and to the road into the cute and busy town. The hosts, two brothers, make sure your stay is great and that you have everything you need. Breakfast brought right to your room is a treat.

This hotel proved to be extremely comfortable and quiet despite being close to the main town. Nikos and Alex are great hosts, always available to provide guests with suggestions and infos about Mykonos, and give logistic support. Definitely recommended !

Very nice staff, fairly convenient location. Use them for airport transfer service, it's cheaper than anything else. The pool isn't finished and it was a bit of an eye sore.

This is a family-run hotel located a 15-minute walk from the downtown and a 5-7 minute walk to the bus route rhat can take you to a number of different beaches. The property is quite pretty, with lovely views down to the sea. We loved having our breakfast brought to us on our own little patio. The family staff is incredibly friendly, and they provided good advice on beaches, transportation, restaurants, etc. They even provided our transportation from the airport on arrival and to the port for our departure, which was very convenient and for a reasonable charge. We really enjoyed our stay in this clean, quiet, friendly, pretty hotel.

Alex and Niko very nice. Guided us through public transport kapari beach is secluded and lovely. Walk to downtown is 10 minutes picturesque walk (100 steps). Very very windy and only few beaches not windy. Unlike Santorini or Crete not that much to do. Non windy beaches super crowded. Sunsets gorgeous like all other islands

I enjoyed a relaxing few days here, perfectly located near the beach and walkable into town for everything you could need, the local area is away from all the other tourists which is nice and peaceful. The whole area is very hilly so be prepared to walk steep paths and lots of steps to get places, although I enjoyed that, added to the adventure. A big bottle of water was provided for me on arrival as well which was useful, the room was cleaned daily and the AC worked well. I had no issues or concerns during my stay whatsoever. I would stay again for sure :)

A wonderful place to stay

This was a wonderful property with great views from our patio. Nikos, Alex, and their mother Margarita were attentive, friendly, and super accomodating.We arrived early in the morning and since it was the end of the season they allowed us to check in upon arrival. When we left, our flight was not until late in the afternoon and they allowed us to keep our bags in the office while we went out to the town one last time. Also, for a very small fee they will pick you and drop you off at the airport. If you're looking for a nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay with great people and is close to Mykonos Town then look no further.

YOUR BEST CHOICE IN MYKONOS!

Nikos and Alex are perfect hosts, always willing to make your stay the best possible. If available, they are flexible with schedules, help with information about the island, act as concierge if needed, and offer airport transfers, charging a minimal fee per room—all to ensure you enjoy a perfect stay. Not to mention that the villa is charming, well-equipped, and everything works perfectly. Close to the center, with a super smooth route, in view of others I've stayed at. Everything was great!

This was the most incredible stay ever! This hotel is operated by Margaritas family and they treat you like family! You feel so safe and their kindness is sincere. I will absolutely come back and recommend this to all my family and friends. The view from the hotel is amazing and waking to town is very easy.
