I have to say our recent stay was disappointing, especially considering the price point. For how expensive the hotel was, the amenities were extremely lacking. The food quality in particular stood out, in a bad way. The ceviche was just the fish with seasoning on top, just poor presentation and flavor, it was more like sushi negri. The fruit oddly tasted like meat, and the pizza was very bland, far from what you’d expect from a resort of this level. Another letdown was the wellness services. The hotel advertises massage and spa options, but there’s no actual on-site service, it’s all through a third party. That really took away from the convenience we were expecting. On the positive side, the room itself was clean, but the outdoor bedding near the pool was not up to standard. Overall, the experience didn’t match the photos and descriptions online. It simply wasn’t what we were looking for, and for the cost, it fell far short of expectations.

I’ll start off by saying that the staff here is absolutely amazing and super accommodating. The issues i have were more so related to the property and what they provide for the amount they charge. We paid $1000/night for a room that had no snack bar included, no inclusive shuttle to town, no gym, no spa, and there were so many bugs in our room. Theres was also a drain hole right in front of our room door, so the room smelt horrible. We did spend only 1 night here thankfully and shifted to cavo tagoo which is the best place to stay in mykonos. Fyi Cavo tagoo and tagoo black have no relation to one another, completely different hotels.

Awesome hotel with amazing views. We stayed here for 4 nights and loved our stay. Staff were amazing and nothing was ever to much to ask.. the rooms are really nice with your own pool overlooking the ocean and Mykonos town. A short 5-10m walk to town which we liked because it’s a little bit quieter but close. We had an amazing time here and recommended for anyone considering staying here Thank you again!

Great hotel, location could be better

This was our first time staying in Mykonos. It was a nice resort, but not very close to anything. The views are also of the port parking lot, with the ocean in the background. The service was very good. The front desk staff helped us with many of our outings and transportation.

The property was very nice. The location is in walking distance. The staff was great everyone was helpful and provided excellent customer service. The property has a couple of villas with a private pool, there are no elevators, room service is an option, and the housekeeping services were available throughout the entire day. The staff greeted us by name and assisted with ensuring we had a enjoyable experience.
