"The setting was lovely and quiet, room large and beautiful with balcony. Bit of a hassel between staff and taxi driver to get a taxi to restaurant downtown that they recommended but which was very nice on the rooftop."

She made the long trip much more comfortable. If you are not used to noise, you may find it loud, but it is very central. Easy to get to the market, restaurants, anywhere you need. The staff is kind, breakfast was good, the rooftop bar has an amazing view! Will stay here again. "

"Lovely grounds with birds, flowers, lily pads and a gorgeous pool overlooking the lake. Staff is very helpful, breakfast is elaborate and atmosphere is peaceful. Close to airport so an prime location to recover from tiring air travel or prior to departing from Tanzania."

"I stayed here while volunteering at Bugando Medical Center. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the hospital. The rooms are spacious and clean with nice cool a/c. The beds are hard. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and helpful. The food at the restaurant was very good - the breakfast was the same every day so got a little old but was tasty and filled us up for long workdays. "
