"Overall the hotel staffs are very friendly, speaks fluent English and always with a smile. My room excess cards doesn't work so i went down to the reception again. One of the male staff who is standing nearby the check-in counter was very helpful and kind. He assisted me by walking me up to lift and room to double check excess cards. "I had booked the spa room, and upon walking in, found stains all over the carpet. The room was a bit small but was fine. The mirrors on the wall easily fogged over, no matter if you closed the door to the bathroom. This meant that the slick wood panels on the floor were soaked when the mirrors dried off. The bathtub was a nice feature. It is located in a nice area of Bupyeong with lots of food and entertainment around, and not too loud at night. It was an ok stay in a love motel, but not really...
