"The hotel was in very bad condition. Some of the bedsheets and towels had clear stains. This was rather disgusting. There was no remote control for one of the air conditioners. The refrigerator had a lot of rust inside. The bathrooms were not nice at all. In general the place is extremely run down and it seems like there has been no attept to maintain the place in years. The restaurant is also run down. We did not feel comfortable there at all and the price was extremely high for such a place....

"BUG INFESTATION (INCL THE BED) AND NO RUNNING WATER We booked a suite, by far the most expensive accommodation in the area, and could not have anticipated that we would spend the first night in a room filled with bugs, 2 of the 3 days without any running water and no hot water for the entire stay. We advised the hotel of the bugs in the room. They claimed that they fumigated every day (a concern in itself- why is fumigation necessary every day if the hotel is kept clean?), and that they would...

"Carpets were dirty with many stains. Room had a bad odour. Windows glass pane was dirty. TV remote had missing cover for battery and keys not readable. Room service replaced it.Reception said they would change room but alternate rooms same condition. Food at restaurant was very good. Service at restaurant was excellent."
