"I stayed there a week on my own. The room was big enough to host a whole family. It had a beautiful balcony with breathtaking view. The sauna was great. The pool is small but enjoyable. It's easy to start hiking from the hotel or get downtown with a bus. On the flip side - the bathtub is a bit slippery with nothing to hold on to, and check-in is in the late afternoon. "

The view of the mountains was absolutely breathtaking and made breakfast a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, with a direct bus connection to Innsbruck city center and a stop right outside the hotel. The property has a delightful vintage character, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both comfort...

"Super für einen Städtetrip. Ab 2 Übernachtungen kann man die Welcome Card an der Rezeption holen mit der man umsonst den Nahverkehr nutzen kann und auch viele andere Ermäßigungen. Parken beim Hotel ist umsonst was ein riesen Vorteil ist nach dem Innsbruck eine Parkzone ist. Zimmer waren sauber und sehr ruhig. Gute Lage um auch zu Fuß in die Altstadt zu kommen. "

"Everything about this hotel is 5-star ! The check in was quick, friendly, and additional information was provided for the area. The room was super clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choices. We dined at their restaurant the second night, and the food was delicious, the wine recommendations perfect! (Thank you Jane)"

"This room has an outstanding view of the mountains. Also, we were able to use the free laundry (2 washers & 2 dryers) as we were on a long holiday. A 2+ night stay included a Welcome Pass that includes free use of the trains/trams/busses. This place is right in the heart of the Altstadt (Old Town) and Maria-Theresien-Straße."
