"Bathroom shower area was not very clean. Top ledge of shower in right corner had someone's old soap wrapper and left corner had a huge dust or hairball. Husband took pics of shower to show what he thought was mold and they said it wasn't. Not a 4 star establishment."

"We had to move rooms our first night because of a water leak. Then the bathroom in our second room started to leak water but at a very slower pace, thankfully. I don’t know if it’s because it’s not taken care of or because of all the snow they got. But I will say that the front desk staff were absolutely amazing, especially his. He worked diligently to get us into our new room comfortably, and almost begged to help us move our things! And he had the best recommendations for restaurants in town!...

"13 minute ride up the mountains from town center. If you like the old English, Victorian feel to your hotels, then it’s ok. No phones in room, no TV, no a/c. The kicker was that our shower was not in our bathroom. It was OUTSIDE in the hallway. It’s strangely decorated but the owner did refund one of my two nights."

"This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels.
