This property is under renovation.However, that doesn’t mean that the guests should listen to the intermittent Noise of the renovation work taking place in the background. Additionally, heater functionality in the room was intermittent. Door unlocking - locking feature was faulty, guests are made to use the same lift used by workmen! , the staff doesn’t seem to care about fixing issues.

Nice but jaded

The hotel does provide fair service, but it really can’t be called a 4 or 5 star hotel.... and that is what I was looking for. The bathroom stank, no provision has been made to keep the monkeys away so I couldn’t enjoy sitting in the balcony and during my one day there, there was such a lot of construction noise that I just couldn’t rest. Food was average.... staff is helpful and nice and the check in and checkout processes were smooth...

The stay was amazing. Only issue was when we checked in, it seemed the housekeeping department had not made up the room properly. The hand towel and the glasses and tthe spoons for the tea were missing

The hotel location was very good and had good shuttle service for Mall road. Service and staff courtesy was very warm. However it is not well maintained with uncomfortable beds, limited activities and below average food. Do not see any reason to pay extra price over a 3 star hotel and thus does not look value for money.

Nice accommodation on hill top!

Little far off from main road but looks spacious considering the landscape in the hill station. Good and caring staffs, complimentary pick ups and drop offs by hotel vehicles from/to the main road are appreciated. Restaurant is reasonably good. Rooms are comfortable but the house keeping staffs should make sure they provide basic items. I could not find any small towels in the bathroom. The parking area is noisy at the nights. It is hard to sleep if your room is close to the parking area in the front.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff .

I am from New York , visited with my wife. Very friendly staff and nice clean food .Hotel room was nice and very convenient shuttle service to the library chowk. This whole experience was memorable.

Dissapointed

Drainage in bathroom was shocking. Shower flooded the entire bathroom. Not enough ventilation in bathroom. Room had some minor defects. Customer Service was average and food ordered through room service was overpriced and rubbish. Check out process was long and frustrating. Room and bedding was comfortable.
