"Parking was atrocious and very disorganized. Upon our arrival, the hotel was seal coating the entire parking lot and certain areas of the lot were completely blocked off for the guest of the hotel. For two straight days parking was a nightmare, and there was no place to park. Not very accommodating for the guest and a huge inconvenience for all. Some guests came with trailers of side-by-side, four wheelers, boats and campers, including Work trucks who all parked sideways taking up seven and eight parking spots at one time which further made this a parking nightmare. Customers were told to park 75 yards away across a huge grass lot to park in an abandoned big boy parking lot. Customers were told to park 75 yards away across a huge grass lot to park in an abandoned big boy parking lot. We traveled to Ludington with our special-needs ,handicap daughter, who could not make this journey. It seemed to us the people that should have been parking in the abandoned big boy parking lot were the customers that were towing the campers, boats ,four wheelers and also the work trucks doing construction in the area. Not people with passenger type vehicles. Very unorganized and not well thought out. Very disappointed in how this was handled.."
"Clean room and facilities. Good bang for your buck. My only complaint was the road noise at the front of the building during the night. As for a room at the back of the building."
"Summer’s Inn is a small mid-century boutique motel for people 50 and over. The staff is friendly, helpful, and remembers you from year to year. The property is a monarch way station and the patio area has a sizable Koi pond for relaxation and contemplation. Breakfast is from local producers-quiche, fruit, cinnamon bread, and jelly with fresh coffee and juice. One of our annual favorites."
"The front desk attendant was amazing! So friendly and helpful. Perfect location just a few minutes from everything, yet far enough to be peaceful. Very convenient location. Lots of parking for trailers."
