Hotel Dekat Muzium van de Geest

"Very unique gorgeous building with a wonderful staff invested in its history. Luisa was so helpful with travel logistics, restaurant recommendations and things to see and do in Haarlem. Bed was super comfortable, breakfast delightful, bathroom luxurious, location perfect. We loved it!"

"Superb boutique hotel, fantastic location (5 minute walk from train station and city centre). Will come back to this!"

"Makkelijke parking (tegen betaling), goede connectie met Amsterdam (trein of Uber)"

"Everything I expected. Just know it’s a 30 min walk to the main areas as a tourist. But if you don’t mind the walk, it’s great and other area to explore. But the fact there was a skating rink nearby made me feel extra Canadian"

"Location"

"Nice spot in freak location"

"Right at the heart of Haarlem. 12 minute walk to the train station. very friendly staff. breakfast included. rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable and quiet."

"It was rather noisy in the evening, not a very good noise absorption. Also, it was difficult to check in as the system was down and everything was automated. But in the end, we did manage to get in the room with a help from the staff. Although we could not manage to operate the TV. Coffee and tea were excellent. Also, the design of the room was nice. Property is close to public transport."

"Lovely stay. We would’ve loved it even more if it wasn’t storming the days we stayed. We will return!"

"Hotel was clean and modern. Only downfall would be we asked the staff multiple times for them to change one of the spot lights on our room as it was flickering so bad and it was never done."

"It was very nice and clean"

"Breakfast was great! Another wonderful stay at this hotel."
