You have to ask for cream cheese and apple juice which is fine just a tip. Everyone was friendly. I don’t eat enough to make the $18 worth it but if you eat more than one plate it’s good. "Everything was the worst , the sheets and blankets were worn out and dirty, the freezer was blocked with ice and mouse trap behind the tv table and the worst ever was a mice in the room running back and forth, the breakfast was something else it a small glass cabin has couple of pastry and next was couple of containers for cereal, i regret paying a penny in this place , if EXPEDIA has these kind of places differently i will never do it again "

"Overall, very good room for the price we paid. I would have preferred extra blankets and pillows in the room, but enough were provided and I didn’t ask for more. "This is one of the more confusing hotels. Taking the elevator in the lobby to the second floor means you take the elevator down not up because the lobby is technically the 4th floor. Staff was great, hotel room is not very convenient. Shocked at how small the bathroom was. And balcony had a view of the Charles river but it was blocked by an outdoor tent so sitting on the balcony was useless. Not a great stay "

"The hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The kitchen has basics and work well for breakfast and lunch. Close access to Moody Street is great for dinner. The room was very clean and the staff provided towels and sheets as needed. The only thing that could have been improved was booking and checking in. The hotel only opens bookings a few weeks at a time, which makes planning ahead a little bit harder. Our call to ask a question about the hotel before booking was unanswered...
