"Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Rooms comfortable but a little faded. Wifi signal didnt reach my bedroom on second floor. Excellent location in the medieval city. Make sure you book parking in the private garage in advance."

"When we check the room dog hairs was on the bed and smells bad. Hotel owner accepted and I left the hotel. İt was not possible to stay that bed. I requested refund but not answered yet. I expect from Expedia and hotel to refund at least half of the amount. I left not stayed the hotel with my family late night. And drived until midnight to find another property to stay one night. Expedia said hotel refused refund but I explained again that is not my fault, there was dog hairs on the bed , it attracts my allergy , I dont have to accept to sleep dog hairy bed.
I am still waiting response and not received anything."
