"A beautiful apartment in a lovely location! Comfy beds, lovely en-suite shower rooms, great furniture and well equipped kitchen. Lovely view not to the front and rear - a stones throw to the beach and to the old town! A few small things…there was an iron but no ironing board. "AVOID AT ALL COSTS - we arrived at this hotel couldn’t find any staff, I wondered around and found a cleaner who checked us in she called the reception staff on the telephone who gave her the key code, so no actual greeting. Didn’t see staff the whole time after this on our 5 day stay, no clean towels or sheets. There was a leak in the sink, the bathroom light was like a strobe light it flickered on and off the whole time. The shutter was broken so we couldn’t open the shutter room was...

"Views (I was on the 3rd floor looking to the golf course? Were AMAZING, property looked like it could have been better maintained, rooms were a bit dusty when checked in, would have loved room cleaning services without asking. But I noticed that it is part of the Spanish culture to not care too much and customer service is not a strong point in that culture, other than that breakfast was worth every penny. 4 out of 5 for me. "

"Everything except breakfast is what a 5 star should be. Breakfast is sit down, which is great. But range of what is on offer like the juices, the protein is limited. Gluten free bread was schar, would expect something better at these prices. Other than that, hotel is faultless. Mediterranean restaurant run by chef Alex is very good. Rooms, better than the best hotels in the world. Clientele- no loud Americans which is a surprising and pleasant break from the rest of the hotels in Europe. "

"Great affordable place to stay right on the beach. Reception was outstanding l, so friendly and helped us park our rental car in the parking garage. Bed was massive, bathroom could do with some TLC but ok. Beach was right there! Restaurants were many at good prices."
