"When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 "

"I booked this as a last minute getaway trip to Seattle. I wanted to be outside of the downtown area for a different vibe and my stay here did not disappoint. Loved the location in the historic Columbia City area and within walking distance of the Light Rail for easy access. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and I loved walking to Seward Park. The room was clean and had many amenities available making it a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great. Would stay again. "

"The property was very nice and clean we just stay for the night but even though it was one night I love my sleep the bed was great with me having a bad back problem the bed was wonderful on my back. Vince was a fast responsive if needed to communicate with him. I want a late checked out and he made it happen. I will recommend to friends and family. "

Superb breakfast offerings, with excellent coffee, many varieties of fresh cut fruits & berries, eggs, sausage, potatoes and steel cut oats with a good variety of trimmings. The room was pretty, with warm textiles throughout, & the bathroom amazing with tub jets, separate toity-room. IMHO the penthouse king was not as striking as the corner kings.
