Outside of the stay, the host requested I pay double for my stay given the "high demand" for the area during this time of year. Final price at hotels.com is two times higher compared to the actual rental price and actually similar to the price of normal hotels with breakfast included. Complicated check-in process. Flat is nice, but house itself is old, staircase and single elevator are cramped and narrow."
