"Overall the condition is good. Room is comfort and clean. But some things is not function. Many amenities is not provide. Not as before. Need to do some upgrade with room. Citrus Cafe staff is very polite and good service. Reception is not so good. I request a late check out (for extra charges) but on the last day morning they told me can’t. I have change my meeting to do the check out and then hanging around there for 4 hours before depart to airport. Also there is taxi arrangement issue for...

"Have stayed at this property for many years and perhaps the only reason that I stay (aside from it being of high quality) is that the hotel is one block walking distance from where I need to be while in Gurgaon. If you are simply looking for a fantastic clean and quiet place to stay, this is top notch. It does have its downfalls however; Taxi drivers cannot find location! Don't even try at night. Driver absolutely must call property, most often more than once, while enroute for instructions....
