"My husband was very disappointed with the breakfast which he had to pay for. They weren’t shown to correct breakfast room and in the room they were sitting in (reserved for a coach party) there was hardly any breakfast left!"

"Disappointed no welcome drinks nor kettle in single rooms to make got drinks. Shared shower and toilet was not hygienic with no shampoo nor bath soap!!! Last night of my stay blocked shower with stain of other blood floating. Bed bugs bite too. Not able to sleep. Suppose to bd on holiday. Worst breakfast ever on my holiday with no cooked food.
