"We loved that the hotel was across the street from a park. It was so nice to start and end a day of sightseeing with a walk across the park. The Toto bathroom was up to date. The staff were nice and helpful. The onsite bakery was convenient (and delicious!). I was nervous about the air conditioning after reading some negative reviews, but our room had adjustable A/C that worked beautifully in late august typhoon season. We never needed to crank it all the way down to 20C. Laundry onsite (six machines total) was so handy. Cool vibes. Quieter at night than my condo at home."

"The automated check in is not so good but the staff was very helpful. I wonder why they don’t do just manual check in. I understand when a group of people come, it might be better. So let it be. Clean and great amenities. The shower curtain smells a bit but it can’t be helped in like humid Japan."

"We stayed there for a week. The room was clean and breakfast buffet was pretty good. There were (3) sets of washes and dryers downstairs. We parked a car there as well. The staff was very nice and helpful. I definitely stay again. The location was convenient - very close to a train station, convenient stores and restaurants close by."
