"The location is wonderful... steps from the castle and from shops and cafes. The hotel is beautiful, especially the entry and seating area. There is a steak house in the hotel. The rooms were nice, very comfortable mattress and pillows. Everything was clean and new. The pool, gym, sauna, and steam rooms were a wonderful addition."

"Great location with walking distance to all the sights and lots of options for meals. We had a great dinner at Spitjacks 1 block from the hotel. King Johnโs Castle was a 15 minute walk. The staff were great and accommodating. We had the family suite (room 306), which was very large and beds were comfortable (2 twin, 1 king). We opted for the breakfast in the morning, which was excellent ($19 euro for adults, $15 for kids). It was nice not having a breakfast buffet and the service was excellent. Parking was across the street with a discounted rate of $12 euro. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is updating it's water-view restaurant and bar. That's a shame even though the alternative facilities were OK. I was advised that this was the case in advance of my stay but is the only reason why I did not give a 5-star review. Staff were very helpful and welcoming at all times."
