I had a room with seaview of the Pacific Ocean that let me catch the winter sunrise throughout the stay. Quiet neighbourhood with good accessibility to Higashi Muroran JR Station, convenience stores and eateries. Has all the facilities needed of a hotel spring hotel in a nutshell. Many pleasant surprises awaited us in the form of free services and treats. A must to book the package with breakfast included as it offers a healthy menu that is simple and delicious; nothing extravagant at all and befitting to a hot spring hotel.

We appreciated the hospitality of the staff in this hotel. They were warm and friendly. Services of the hotel included free midnight ramen and an in house onsen with a small service fee to enjoy.

We tried after back from ⛺️camp, so when we check in the staffs are friendly! We love onsen that my legs were relaxed by the hot water.( ´∀｀) The security of onsen and amenities are so good! The hotel have a free drink and food services. We really enjoyed when stayed there!❤️

All the staff here was very friendly, from the carpark guard to front desk to restaurant service crew. Given the language barrier, they patiently tried to understand our needs and queries compared to the other hotel we stayed during our hokkaido trip in December. The hotel location is great as well, with a convenient store located less than a min walk away. Highly recommended!

Good Base of Operations
Having laundry facilities was a real plus, and ramen in the evening is a nice touch. However, you can’t use the baths from 9am-3pm, so if you’re the type that gets around later in the morning, you won’t be able to have a soak before your day. The town is convenient to Noboribetsu and the expressway, I found it pricier than I expected, but it’s not a bad base camp for exploring the area.

The wifi is very lousy. There is practicality no wifi in the room. Staff not willing to help when theres isssues and complaints. Other than that, the onsen is nice.

Very reasonable price hotel, new clean designed room. Free Ramen at night, Free coffee for a whole day. Also the Onsen is open til morning, such a lovely place.

A self sufficient hotel
Dormy inn was like a resort.. you basically can just wear the clothes provided by the hotel which is for your convenience to go onsen and walk ard the hotel. After a long day outside, you can go back to your hotel and enjoy your onsen. Thereafter, you can enjoy the free ramen provided by the hotel. Great variety of breakfast as well. Overall, a hotel definitely worth the price.

Great hot spring
Great hot spring - clean, quite and not small. The room is nice, the breakfast is good and combined both west and Japanese kitchens. The parking is 10 meters from the hotel and costs around 500 yen. Very recommended by us.

Hotel is as advertised. Just a few minutes walk from the train station. Staff at reception are very helpful. Room is clear. The hot springs are small but clean. Not too many customers. We like the evening free noodle. Breakfast is standard. Overall had a good stay despite having the typhoon for one day!
