"It’s an excellent family managed hotel In the same family since 1632 !"

"Toller Aufenthalt."

"The price was good. Nothing was said about it being a hotel for the blind. The bed in the room was very soft room"

"Very clean and quite hotel in the village of Ettal between Garmisch and Oberammergau. Close to the unique Ettal Abbey and just up the hill from the Backerei Ulrich Komm which had the best cakes of any backerei or cafe of our trip. The hotel served a great breakfast as well."

"Nice quiet place to relax. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a nice small village area feel. Close to beautiful scenic vistas and hiking trails."

"The rooms were great. They were bigger than most European guesthouse rooms. The hotel is in a quiet area of town but still within walking distance to everything. The hotel restaurant was amazing. We ate dinner there twice. The staff was so nice and helpful. English is spoken if you don't know German."

"Our one bedroom suite was large and included a separate living room, desk with Nespresso coffee machine, plenty of closet and shelf space, and large bathroom with a shower and 2 sinks, There was a gorgeous view of green pastures and mountains from our windows and balcony. The room as well as the entire hotel was spotless. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel has a large breakfast buffet but no dinner service. They provided a list of recommended restaurants in the Oberammergau...
