"This hotel is in a great location, breakfast was amazing and afternoon tea a lovely touch, however we had room 10 which was above reception and the hotel entrance so was quite noisy with people returning early hrs and delivery’s being dropped off some days before 6am, we did speak to reception but unfortunately they had no rooms free to move us, I would return to this hotel however I would request a room at the back. "Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."
