"I never saw the room. We booked the hotel and when we arrived it was all shut up. We honked our horn for a while to get someone to open the door. We were then informed that it was already booked. The owner asked for more money to put us up in a neighbors hotel. It was 1 o’clock in the morning so I just paid it and went next-door."

"I landed at Entebbe airport at 11:00pm, reaching the hotel where no body welcome me, my room was in the 5th floor, I carried my suit case alone, very bad bed with two mattresses, TV was not working and the AC, sometimes good sometimes bad."
