"The hotel does not match its online photos and appears to still be undergoing renovation. The exterior courtyard currently contains large dumpsters, and the main entrance / yard area is completely inaccessible.
Inside, the property shows visible wear: hallway walls are chipped and scratched, elevator lighting is very dim, and sound insulation between rooms is minimal.
In our room, there were exposed screw holes in the walls, and some fixtures (like the doorbell) were damaged. Basic amenities such as a hairdryer were only provided upon request, and there was no in-room phone to contact the front desk.
Check-in was slow due to high volume, and while additional staff eventually assisted, the process remained inefficient.
If the current condition of the hotel had been accurately represented, expectations would have been different. However, given that it is marketed and priced as a four-star property, the experience feels misleading in its current state. It would be more appropriate to align pricing and branding with the condition until renovations are complete."
