We needed bathroom supplies, explained at the desk but nothing happened. Lots of staff, only a few were outstanding! I’m really disappointed in Best Western Plus! I have been a long time beat western customer and this is the worst have ever seen. I understand Reno’s but inside ahouks be clean! Not a happy customer"
