"We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. "Super de luxe appartement!! Van alle gemakken voorzien. Gezellige dagen gehad. Centraal gelegen. Heerlijk gewandeld in de (achtertuin), de Ooij. Lekker ontbeten. Dit gaan we vaker boeken. In- en uitchecken, communiceren verliep allemaal vriendelijk, vlot en soepel. Kortom: Een echte aanrader!!"
