"The location is great within a couple of blocks of 3 tram and 1 Metro station and local area is full of safe walkable streets with shops, food and bars. Front desk staff are amazing at providing local guidance. Couple of quirks…..no cloth hanging closets in the rooms and no USB for international travellers. AC is great as was there during a 35C heatwave "

"Excellent location, you can walk thru pleasant narrow streets a few minutes to many of the main museum venues. Cafes and puvmbs of all varieties. Clean. Small Euro style rooms. Figuring out the switches and plumbing was a momentary challenge. Staff young, friendly helpful but a little overstretched manning the check in check out cafe and bar. As with every reservation at every hotel this trip, we had reserved for 2 beds and got 1 and had to change it on the spot. Minor inconvenience. "

"Steep steps into the building, I ended up using the ramp. Check-in needed ID which I think could have been done via the app in advance. Enjoyed the room although some corridor noise, a second door from the hall or a better room door would have been good. If you are disturbed very much depends on the other guests. Some parts of the hotel looked unfinished but I think this might have been the 'look'. Bed comfortable enough. Restaurant downstairs was good service but average food. Not much in the immediate area but close to the Metro."
