"Excellent hotel, in a fantastic location for exploring Utrecht. We found it to be very family friendly with games to play in the reception areas and we really enjoyed the tables canalside outside for eating/drinking. We felt safe, looked after and the hotel visually very cool. The breakfast options were 10/10 we will miss it! The evening restaurant food was fab with options for all tastes. Travelling as an Autism family we found the hotel to be super welcoming and inclusive."

Staff at the reception were amazing, room clean and neat, great breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay right in the middle of Utrecht."

"Quick, friendly check in and out. Staff are professional and friendly. Appreciated the cafe in the lobby open both morning and evening. Will look for Plaza Premium hotels for future trips. "
