"We arrived early in the morning and check in wasn’t till 4, so they found a room for us to change to that we could check in at 10am which helped us out so much! The rooms were clean, so spacious, and the staff were extremely accommodating and kind. There are lifts for easy access everywhere, which is rare in Amsterdam! Amazing stay and wouldn’t choose any other hotel - will definitely be coming back to this one every time! Location is amazing too, only 10-15 minute walk to Dam Square."

Hotel had complimentary bikes and the concierge staff was so helpful in setting us up with the bikes and even mapped out a great itinerary for us around the city complete with highlights. One of the staff even let me use his phone holder for the bike. I can’t say enough about how pleasant and happy the staff was at this hotel. 10/10 all the way around! Highly recommend!"
