"The owner Angelo is super nice. The property is a little aged but Angelo provides umbrella and international charger for you. You really don’t need to bring all these extras if you are staying at Crown Guesthouse. It is also right next to 90% of the touristy sites in Amsterdam center and everywhere is walkable. 12 mins to the train station, 10 mins from Anne Frank house, 20mins from Bloemenmarkt and red light district, tram and bus on the next street. Highly highly recommend Crown Guesthouse. "

"Excellent experience. Great room and well furnished. Amazing view from the second floor window. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Situated minutes from all the major museums. "

"peaceful stay at the house of a local dutch lady who was very helpful and pleasent . the room was very basic and all i really needed as i was out most of the day of my 4 day visit . sezane has a lovley little dog called "pomy" which i hope is well xxx kisses from across the sea pomy . the area was fantasic as it was very close to the museum quarter , but you can only get tickets online to the VAN GOGH museum which i missed ill get there next time "

"Not Luxtury but great for us. Location was perfect and facilities were much better than a small hotel room. It was spacious and quiet. We could come back in the afternoon and relax and enjoy the room and go back out in the evening. The fridge was well stocked with snacks, drinks and sandwiches. We asked for some extra bits and Jasper was happy to oblige. Would recommend to any other couples exploring Amsterdam. "

"The location is beautiful and the apartment is very clean and well styled. The property was a little tricky to locate at first as there is no signage/reception. Be aware that you will need to take your luggage up a very narrow flight of stairs. "

"Chris is just wonderful. Great location. Very nice guesthouse. It has steep stairs but Chris was very helpful with my suitcase."

"Logement idéalement situé et d’une propreté irréprochable. Mark et Paul son très discrets, merci à eux pour leur gentillesse et leurs attentions. L’emplacement en plein cœur d’un des meilleurs quartiers mais dans une rue calme. Très spacieux et parfaitement bien équipé et aménager. Je n’hésiterai pas à le réserver à nouveau lors d’un prochain séjour."

"pal in de winkelstraat. Dichtbij het centraal station. Buiten dat de wc-knop stuk was, was alles in orde. Goed geslapen, al lig je in het centrum. Misschien nog een min puntje, de vloer plakte op sommige plekken. "

"Beautiful room with excellent facilities. Very handy for the centre of Amsterdam and easy to get to from the airport. Trams every 4 minutes to the centre. Gerry Petra’s husband was great and told us a lot about the area and could not have been more helpful. The house is perfect to stay in in a quiet street right next to Vondelpark. We shall definitely come back and look forward to doing so very soon. An altogether wonderful experience. "

"Petite chambre avec salle de bain, idéalement placée en plein centre et tout proche de la gare centrale. La literie et l’insonorisation sont très bonnes , de plus le ménage et les serviettes sont changées tous les jours. Je recommande vivement surtout que le gérant est très sympathique et arrangeant !"
