"Front desk was exceptionally helpful. Location is great, if you like walking- which we do! The neighborhood is quiet with grocery stores and cafes nearby. City center is ~15 minute walk, Amsterdam Centraal was ~30 minutes. The hotel was clean and spacious for our family of 5. Now, the building is old, so, go in knowing that. I saw some reviews that the building was dirty… not the case. It is old, carpet on the stairs is ripped in the hallway, there are scuffs on the wall. However, it is clean....

"We really enjoyed staying here, it had great amenities, good location and good value. We loved the view and quiet neighborhood. The few critiques I would mention are that the room does not have a microwave, so it’s hard to heat up leftovers. Also, we had the 4 person family suite on the fourth floor. This suite would not be a good place for groups with small children or a senior because while you can go up to the third floor using the elevator, the final stretch from the third to the fourth...

"Room was unbearably hot on the first day. Someone left the thermometer on 30C... It took the whole night & following day to cool down as it was a top floor (3rd Fl) apartment and being under the eaves the heat was trapped. The only ventilation was a velux window in the sitting room. There was no way to ventilate the bedroom, which was steaming hot. All the windows in the bedroom were locked by the hotel. "Excellente communication par mail et whatsapp Appart'hotel bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine et les chambres. Deco moderne et appartement luminineux. Parking couvert sécurisé en option. Proximité avec le centre ville (2 arrêts de bus /12 min de la gare centrale) Par contre aucune option de restauration à proximité à part le café en bas de l'immeuble qui était fermé le jour de notre arrivée (25/12) Cependant, la propreté laisse à desirer surtout qu'on à payer 90 pour le ménage...
