"This spacious apartment was in a perfect location for us -- within a 20-minute walk (or a 5-10-minute tram ride) to the museums, canal tour, and other sights at the top of our list, and quiet at night, away from the ruckus closer to Centraal Station. There is a terrific food hall on the same block, as well as access on the same block in the other direction. The check-in at the Hotel de Hallen (one block away) was effortless, and we were greeted by friendly and gracious folks behind the desk. ...

"Strutta consigliatissima, fuori dal centro ma noi eravamo comodissimi a muoverci con una bici a noleggio. La zona è molto carina, riqualificata e con tutti i servizi necessari. Tralaltro il ferry che collega al centro è gratuito. Self check-in facile e comodissimo. L'agenzia proprietaria presente, attenta e disponibile, anche se per fortuna non abbiamo mai avuto alcun problema. "We enjoyed our stay at the property. We had a little trouble with the system saying that I hadn’t paid the city tax when I had, but this was ultimately resolved before checking in. We were lucky to be upgraded to a duplex. We enjoyed the extra space for our family of 4. A negative point is that the duplex could have benefited from a dehumidifier as the bedrooms were in the basement where it was humid. The beds and carpet also showed quite a lot of wear. Another challenge was the lack of mirrors...

We tried using the communication protocols provided but the Numa hosts stopped responding to us. Hence, even though help did arrive, we were not informed. We had 3 young frightened children; hence this was extremely frustrating as we did not know if we needed to find other accommodations, etc"
