"Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We came as a family group of around 10 people for breakfast, expecting a welcoming and respectful environment, but unfortunately that was not the case at all. We had booked 3 rooms and breakfast was included
We walked in at 10:50 AM to have our breakfast, the employee at the restaurant approached us in a very rude and disrespectful manner asking whether we had vouchers. Instead of speaking politely and professionally, his tone and attitude made us feel embarrassed and uncomfortable in front of our entire family. There was absolutely no courtesy or hospitality shown towards us.
And at the same time the same employee there was being very polite and kind towards white customers As guests, we believe everyone should be treated equally and with dignity. Sadly, this experience left our entire family with a very negative impression of the hotel and its customer service standards.
We understand that hotels may have policies regarding breakfast access, but there is a respectful way to communicate with guests. The manager’s behavior was unacceptable and completely ruined our morning experience. We felt singled out and treated poorly despite being paying guests.
As a large family group, this experience left a very negative impression on all of us. Customer service and respect should be a priority in the hospitality industry, and sadly this hotel failed badly in that aspect.
