"First off, I expected a lot more from this place. It is dubbed as a "luxury" houseboat, but it had very little hospitality. There was a "welcome bag" in the kitchen with 1 roll of toilet paper (why not just put it in the bathroom??), some cleaning cloths, enough coffee for 2 cups, a tiny pouch of soap for one shower and some trash bags. The bed linens aren't even put on the beds; we had to do it ourselves! No towels either. We were expected to take out the trash, too. The price was waaaay too...

"Great budget option right next to the station in Arnhem. Clean, recently renovated rooms but very basic. Tea and coffee only available in the lobby (but it is included in the stay). Super helpful staff too. Would definitely stay again."

"We could not change the temperature in the room, and as a result the loft was very warm and it was difficult to sleep. The staff and maintenance could not or would not change the thermostat. The second night we were moved to a regular room and it was better, but the temperature was still too warm."
