"The apartment itself is average. There are a few TLC issues: cupboard doors broken, bedside table cracked, uncomfortable sofa, broken freezer etc. The floor could do with a good clean. The entrance is down a dirty alleyway where the restaurants keep their bins. You need a code to enter the property every time, there is no key. I messaged the company to say the WiFi and TV were not working and received a standard reply to thank me for my feedback but no help.

"Bedsheets and towels needed to be brought at the laundromat, for which we paid extra ofcourse. We spend 1 full day cleaning and washing all the stuff. It stank, was full of stains and the apartment was dusty. No fire alarms anymore, the emergency stairs was not reachable and there were like 7 big stairs before you could enter the apartment. We lost 1 full day to clean the apartment and the towels / stinky bedsheets. The location of the apartment was the best thing. We will never choose...

It’s unacceptable to rent out an apartment with a broken bedroom window that couldn’t be closed at all. The room was unusable. Terrible customer care — would not recommend."

"It was definitely secluded, it was a bit hard to find. We found the location very convenient to visiting Bruge, Gent, and Antwerp and we could stay in one spot. Grocery store and Laundry in the nearby town were easy to find.
The cabin was nice and matched the description for the most part.
