Happy stay in Munich!

The receptionist Ms Stephanie Bauer is very professional and friendly! She makes us feel welcome and comfortable coming to this hotel. The breakfast is great and the room is also nice.

Southern outskirts of Munich, good hotel

A business hotel,great value on outskirts of Munich. Was on our route and proved an excellent choice. Nice breakfast. Friday night so was quiet, busy with working people through the week

THE GOOD: modern hotel , very clean and nice room.. parking is reasonable priced THE NOT SO GOOD: expensive breakfast , no room service ?? , parking outside the building, room was cold for me and reception said not possible to do anything

Staying for business

I regularly stay here when visiting my corporate offices. It is a nice hotel, very modern and clean. The service is good as is the restaurant. The biggest drawback is the remote location relative to any amenities, and be warned that takeway food delivery may be the only option during restaurant closed times (ie public holidays, etc).

Everything was top notch. The only thing I wasn’t happy about, was the charge of 46 euros for my wife and I to eat breakfast. And there is NOTHING within walking distance

Bathroom layout is awful. Sliding glass doors offer no privacy and are a pain to close. Zero entry shower coupled with no door and a hand held wand meant that it flooded the entire bathroom. The first room we were assigned smelled like stale urine and we asked o be moved which your staff did graciously. Parking was more expensive than in downtown Berlin.

Meine Buchung war nicht richtig im System, die Zimmer nicht beziehbar. Ich musste für meine Famile nachts ein anderes Hotel suchen. Mir wurde gesagt es würde nichts abgebucht. Dennoch bekam ich Rechnungen, wo mir der volle Preis als "No Show" abgebucht wurde. Das Hotel reagiert weder auf Emails noch auf Telefonate. Ich musste Mastercard anweisen, die Zahlung zu stornieren. Dieses Hotel ist kein echtes Marriott, sondern ein Franchisenehmer, der es mit dem Gesetz und Kundenservice nicht so genau nimmt.
