"I was looking for a clean room that had a microwave and fridge in the room near I-80 East just west of 1-81 north. This property checked every box. Location was quiet except for rare road noise on Hwy 11, like the crazy motorcycle drive passing by. Although there was no coffee or breakfast in the morning, my cooler provided me eggs, bacon and sweet bread and I stopped for coffee off the interstate. The price was right for a night. "

"Very unique hotel. It used to be a city hall. Lovely deco to go with the theme. No front desk but the communication via text was always on time; and reliable. Very clean. Very cute lobby area with all the essentials. They made a point on reminding me not to check in a minute early. Borderline rude, in my opinion. It was several reminders prior to check in time. "My stay began with a broken lock on the door. It was 50 degrees outside and all the windows were open and no heat on. The bedroom was decently clean, but when I opened the bathroom door, I was hit with the mold/mildew smell that took my breath away. I spread towels on the floor to walk barefoot. I turned the water on for a shower and the water came out rusty. I considered sleeping in my vehicle, but chose the bed. The sheets were clean. Very disappointed."

"Room was clean. Pet rooms smell pretty gross though they need new carpeting and the breakfast area is tinnnnyyyy. Waffles for breakfast delicious. Great kitchen staff. The girl at the front desk was pretty rude about early check in and the parking lot was empty."
