Stay at hotel Crown in BKC

I had gone for Visa purpose. The hotel was just 300 mtrs from visa center. Friendly hotel staff. Ready to assist as and when required. Transportation available at entrance of the building. Clean room and toilet.

The property is on a slum dwelling area, very agressive people arround, very dirty surrounding,area stinks of flith. The property claim parking but no parking. I had to keep my car on the road at the mercy of all elements.

Disappointing dirty experience

This hotel is not in a good area. Extremely dirty with broken windows and appears to be unsafe for women and families. There's garbage piled right outside the hotel. Staring people crowded outside the hotel. Mumbai locals says that this area is extremely crime ridden. All of this is hidden from the description and pictures to attract unsuspecting travelers to stay here.

This place is very dirty. Most of the room windows are broken and none of the rooms are clean. Very very dirty and it smells horrible here. Didn’t have electricity in the room when checked in. It was warm and nasty. Avoid this place and go somewhere else.

Disappointing.If you go for visa purpose, there are many other options around. This is not a good place for a single lady and genuine family. location and area is very poor without street lights, unsafe and like dumping station. Auto rickshaw men standing outside are ripping off guests. Though Hotel is on 9th floor, many other hotels are there in the same building on different floors.

Nothing was great about this place. Other places allow couples whether they are unmarried or engaged but this doesn't. Although this is understandable with their policy and condition but the inside was dirty too with having dust on the floor. They definitely need pest control as there were little bugs in the room. The bedsheets, blankets and pillow covers were old and looking dirty. The area is completely nasty with excessive garbage on the streets with cars being parked on garbage. You can’t even stand outside as it smells very bad.
