"Property consists of several buildings, some newer than others. While my room was a little dated it was spotless, facilities were clean, some buildings had no hot water in the showers. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Gteat location near major shopping malls and easy acees to downtown. Great restaurant on site. "The concept of cube-like lodges is great. Staff is very professional and nice. The way Lusaka's infrastructure is, places are not too far away, but not at walking distance either. It is best to hire a driver, which is very affordable, and people are friendly and attentive to your needs. For check-out, the Cubes accommodated a 12pm versus 10am request, which was a plus for me. "

"The single worst hotel experience of my time in Africa: I asked the hotel if I was settled with my bill when I was checking out. They said yes: I needed to pay with credit card since I have no local currency. Almost half an hour after dropping me off at the airport, the driver showed up & refused to let me go through security: he didn't have any paperwork, balance or a credit card machine & started harassing me loudly and embarrassingly all around the airport for a balance for the shuttle.
