"They are not prepared to host a solo traveler. A locked gate that does not allow freedom of entry and exit to the premises Electricity and lighting were sporatic. Water had to be turned on exteriorally and did not work in the morning. No water, no shower, hard to even brush me teeth. Need to read ..."

"Very BAD experience. After I have prepaid for my two days stay. upon arrival the hotel manager stated not having my reservation and been sold out. I literally had to sleep one night in the car. No other option was proposed, Hotels.com never answered the phone. I presented a claim hope they at least ..."
