"LOVED the property! This was the first time the room was much larger and grander than the photos online. I would estimate 1000 square feet. The ceilings were absolutely stunning and were original from 500 years ago. The bathroom was huge with a fabulous shower. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety and high-quality food with fresh eggs from their farm, including delicious baked goods. Not only do I highly recommend, we hope to be back sometime soon. Arrivederci Montepulciano! Ciao"

"We had a lovely time at FonteLiving. My 85 year old mother was very impressed and happy with the super clean room, kitchen and bathroom facilities provided. The view from our spacious balcony was stunning and gave us the perfect reason to stay as much as possible at the property. We enjoyed sipping the Tuscan wine from our balcony. Julia and staff were very helpful and friendly and took care of us from pickup till drop off at Chiusi C. Terme. I would love to come back and stay again in the...

"Location was in the middle of the ZTL in Pienza which means you get to walk out of your room into the middle of the touristy part of the city with no cars to really worry about most of the time. Parking was about a 10 min walk away so it wasn't too bag to walk with bags. Cute suite we had with a kitchen and dining room. Had A/C in all rooms but we only used the one in the bedroom. Cute and convenient accommodation in a great location."

"This was one of the most wonderful stays we have ever experienced. The property was so lovely and beautiful, the owners really made the difference. They created an atmosphere that was so warm, welcoming, fun, relaxing and just beautiful. The property is stunning, restaurant near for food which was lovely, great pool and multiple seating areas outside. My favourite part had to be the kitchen doors opening to the patio with the most beautiful lighting and evening bar for the guests to enjoy and...
