"Staff were friendly and the room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The shower and wash basin are part of the bedroom, not in a separate room. There are no tea/coffee-making facilities in the room."

"very handy to the train station, new rooms well insulated as there is a lot of trafic. Great breakfast and particular loved the fact that they provide free of charge in the room fridge a few bottles of water, coke and even a small wine bottle( already rare to have a fridge in the room) + they have a great bar and sell many smacks so if you arrive late no issues they have you covered "

"We stayed in the "Comfort Double Room" part of the hotel, and the place was far from 4-star superior quality. It felt like an unmaintained 1980s relic with unpleasant red shag carpet and almost zero soundproofing. The room was objectively dirty and hazardous: Hygiene: There was active mold on the bathroom ceiling and in the shower grout. The toilet had a visible brown biofilm build-up under the rim, and the water faucet was covered in heavy limescale. Expired Food: I found coffee creamers that had expired over 100 days ago (Dec 2025) and minibar chips expired by two months. Security: While we were out, housekeeping took an active key card from our room without explanation. We had to go back to the desk to reprogram everything because we didn't know who had it. Service: Breakfast service was incredibly slow; it took a very long time just to get a coffee. Management provided a partial discount after I showed them the photos, but a refund doesn't fix these health and safety issues. If you book here, be very careful which wing they put you in."
