" This hotel is like home from home. Functional rooms very clean. A family run business that made us feel welcome asa we stepped in. HOSE at reception is friendlly, kind and super accomodating. The fresh fish everyday, all the fresh food they served was simply amazing. Ypu must try the white wine crispy but fully boded with a mellow after taste. We will be back to spend a longer stay. "Good for kids (though few as it was school time!). Bar good - if noisy - but drinks and bar food was good value. Breakfast was disappointing in that while there was a lot of choice it was a shame better quality fresh ingredients (e g cheese - only one type and as another guest said to me: "straight out of a packet" - and prepared fruit was only tinned. To be fair, there was a good selection of fresh fruit. Waiting staff were very good. "

"Do not stay in rooms 101_108 above bar no sleep till 1am with total noise from punters then again at 7am when bar area opens for coffies it just eckos threw rooms no soumd proof at all"

"Starting with the good parts. The recepionist who was working on Thursday and Friday was very helpful. The bar and bar staff and drinks were wonderful. Pool area was clean. On my first night I paid €25 for the buffet dinner, a series of items that had been left out and had gone cold. I had cold wedges, cold pasta sauce and unidentified "bbq meat" followed by tasteless cake and ice cream in a plastic container. Even though I had already paid, the staff didn’t believe me and I had to explain twice and then go back to reception to double check. The restaurant staff didn’t come to see if I wanted a drink, I had to chase them around the restaurant for a menu then again to order. They walked past me several times. Zero service. I put my do not disturb sign on my bedroom. However on Friday amd Saturday the room attendant knocked my door like there was a fire until i got up from my lounger and answered her. I was indeed disturbed, and took myself to the beach to be able to relax. I asked reception to make sure she didn’t disturb me, and this seemed to make her behaviour worse. On my last day she banged on the door 45minutes before check out until I opened it and was yelling at me that check out was at 12 and clapping her hands at me. Very aggressive. I told reception upon check out and they said they would make sure I wasn't disturbed again. I had to laugh at this point. Don't stay here unless you want to feel like a number on a conveyor belt. "
