"Probably the most upmarket hotel in Chiang Mai, a bit dated but actually very pleasant. Very good breakfast with lots of options, decent pool for sunbathing and cooling off. Really good location for the main city, walkable in a few minutes. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again for sure."

"My wife and I loved our stay here! The staff is seriously phenomenal. Right when you arrive, they make you feel welcomed and continued to be such lovely people throughout our stay. Our room was really nice and clean. We got the breakfast included and it was really good with a variety of options. The outdoor bar was fantastic and fun and they make amazing coffee!"

"Excellent location within walking distance to attractions, massage places, Sunday night market and eating places. Room came with urinal (a first at any hotels we have stayed). However, the design of the bathtub and shower head is not good. Water splashes to the sides and accumulate on the ledge around the tub. Could do away with the urinal and have the space do up for standing shower. Getting in and out of the slippery tub can be difficult for short people. Hot water at times take a long time...

"The only thing we didn’t like was one of the four nights some of the guests were slamming doors and running around at 1:30 in the morning for at least 20 minutes or so. I don’t believe any security or anything was done about it. This was the only blot on quite a nice stay"

"What a beautiful hotel! The staff was so kind & friendly. My husband & I bought eSIM cards that didn’t work so we didn’t have cell phone service. Umi & Nina were wonderful & called for most of our taxis (aside from the ones when we were already out). On one of the tours we booked we had a miscommunication about the pickup area & Nina helped call our guide & translate-she saved the day! It was a warm, inviting, intimate stay & we are so thankful! Highly recommend. "
