"I cannot say enough good things about The Ross Hotel. This review probably sounds like AI because I can’t stop raving, but we genuinely loved everything about it! We showed up very early and were greeted warmly by Ciara who checked us in and gave us options for our day in Killarney while we waited for our room to be ready. "The rooms were clean. Apartment extremely spacious. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable (mattress was collapsed), shower stall was blocked, hot water boiler was spoilt (although reloaded quickly) and the dryer wasn't working. Staff are only available from 9 am to 6 pm which makes them inaccessible. Excellent location but spoilt by these details. "

"The Park is definitely a worthwhile splurge. Room was well appointed and the staff was warm and friendly. Kenmare is a great backdrop for a wonderful trip. If I had to make a "complaint" it would be that the carpet is so thick and plush it made pulling the wheeled luggage challenging, but that is not a serious complaint. "

"Breakfast was very good! Heater in room would not shut off. Got up to 25 c. Shower would drain well. Told staff about it after our first night. Solution was to leave the window open. "
