Kid Friendly Hotels in Mu Si

"The hotel is wonderful. Clean, comfortable,great staff, excellent food, beautiful gardens. The only problem is they have this ridiculous policy where people can check out 24 hours after they check in. That's great for the people checking out but horrible for people trying to check in!!! Expedia states that check in is after 2:00pm and check out before 11:00am. We arrived around 2pm and couldn't check in to our room for hours. I can't blame the staff for following the hotels insane policy. Guests...

Very comfortable living and you don't have to walk anywhere..always a handy shuttle within a phone call. Property has class! Will visit again. More affordable weekdays."

There was only one other room being rented out other than the two we rented. Perhaps due to the lack of tourism due to COVID. FD staff who checked us in was lack luster, but the staff that helped us with our luggage was excellent and the breakfast staff was excellent as well. "Lobby closed after 9pm .. not accepting credit cards if you want to buy or change or upgrade .. the excuse was machine is not working .. nice room but not even a coffee machine .. breakfast not good .. be ready for instant coffee .. not recommend it"
