"Great hotel in a fantastic location, just a 15-minute walk along the beach to Fisherman’s Village. I stayed in a lovely bungalow facing the water and really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive throughout. There were, however, a few downsides worth mentioning: 1) The hotel ferry service to Fisherman’s Village is very limited, and taxis are surprisingly expensive compared with other parts of Thailand I’ve visited. 2) The Wi-Fi was very poor. I constantly had to log back in, which became quite frustrating. 3) Most importantly, the concrete surface around the pool is badly deteriorated in places and could be dangerous if someone falls. I saw a young boy fall and take the skin off his knee. This really does need urgent attention from the hotel. Despite these issues, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay at Celes again if I return to Koh Samui."

"We had a wonderful stay at Nikki Beach Resort and would gladly return. The property is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and made our stay so enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated most was the location. The resort was within easy walking distance of several local restaurants, including Tammi's, and there were also two massage parlors nearby, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy great food and relax without needing transportation. Tours and excursions also picked us up directly from the resort with no issues, making it easy to explore the island. The only downside was the resort's food. While the breakfast was acceptable, the remainder of the resort's food selections didn't quite match the exceptional quality of the accommodations and service. Thankfully, we discovered Tammi's on our first night, and it truly felt like a hidden gem. The restaurant was air-conditioned (a welcome escape from the tropical heat), and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They took our food orders seriously and made sure everything was prepared exactly as requested. The bartender was exceptionally meticulous, and every drink was consistently excellent. We ended up returning multiple times during our stay because the service and food were so reliable. Overall, Nikki Beach exceeded our expectations.
